The Consultation
Every custom piece starts with a conversation. Sit down with Marty and share your vision, your inspiration, your story. Maybe it's a sketch on a napkin. Maybe it's a photo you've been saving. Maybe it's your grandmother's ring that you want to transform into something new. Whatever it is, we listen, and we help shape the idea into something real.
There's no pressure, no rush. Just an honest conversation about what matters to you and what's possible within your budget.
CAD Design & Preview
Using state-of-the-art computer aided design (CAD) tools, our custom jewelry studio creates a detailed three-dimensional image of your new design. You can see it from every angle, rotate it, zoom in on every detail, and make any adjustments you'd like before the actual creation process begins.
This step is what sets our process apart. You're not guessing at what the final piece will look like. You're seeing it, approving it, and feeling confident before a single tool touches metal.
Wax Model
Once you've approved the digital design, we produce a computer-generated wax model so you can actually hold a physical version of your piece in your hands. Feel the weight, see the proportions, make sure everything is exactly how you want it.
This is your last chance to make changes before we move to casting, and it's one of the most exciting parts of the process. The moment your design goes from screen to something you can touch.
Casting & Crafting
Molten metal is injected into a mold created by burning out the wax model in a process called lost wax casting. Our master jewelers then remove the rough casting from the mold and begin the careful finishing work by hand.
Every prong, every surface, every edge is shaped and refined with precision. This is where decades of old world craftsmanship meet modern technique.
Stone Setting & Final Polish
The final stage is where everything comes together. Stones are carefully set, the piece receives its final polish, and your one-of-a-kind masterpiece is complete.
