Santillan Jewelers specializes in creating one-of-a-kind and custom created pieces of jewelry using 3D CAD Technology.  The design process is multi-faceted, but includes four basic steps to help you create a piece that is totally truly yours.

Step 1: Consultation

The first step is very easy and convenient. Just give us a call or fax your ideas and any pictures. You will select the specifics such as metal type, diamond quality and be able to choose from a rainbow of gemstones. Your piece can be created in any precious metal from Gold to Platinum and you may choose 14 karat or 18 karat gold in any color (yellow, white, or rose), Palladium (950 Palladium, 18 karat or 14 karat Palladium) or in Sterling Silver.

Step 2: Design Presentation

You will see the CAD image in any angles in 3D. At this point, you will have a chance to make changes and alterations until you are ready to finalize the design. We will also have diamonds and gemstones for your approval if your design includes them.

Step 3: Jewelry Making

Our jewelers and 3D CAD designers can create jewelry for you using a variety of methods, and we will help you select the best method to suit your needs. Designs are so unique that they have never been made before, Santillan Jewelers and our designers are confident in creating a world class piece that will retain its beauty for a lifetime.  3D CAD technology allows the client to see their design in a three-dimensional computer image. From the final design, the computer creates a wax carving based on the design. From the wax, a casting is made and given to a jeweler. The jeweler then sets all diamond and gemstones and finishes the piece by hand.

Step 4: The finished product

The best part of custom made jewelry is the finished product. You will have the satisfaction of knowing you have a unique piece of jewelry that you were involved in creating from start to finish.
